Doors openThe Dream Machine are a psych-rock band from Liverpool. Combining astonishingly accomplished writing with wit and a trippy aesthetic, this exciting four piece are understandably held in very high regard by contemporaries such as The Coral and The Lathums. Blowing the minds of audiences on high profile support slots around the UK, the band now take to the stage on a headline tour to showcase their quirky but classic Liverpool sound. They have released three EPs to date, with the most recent being ‘Vol 3: Pooch Slingers’ ‘Wild Round-Up!’ in 2022 and their latest brilliant offer, ‘Children, My England’ is creating waves from BBC Introducing across music media.
Support on the night is from Edgar ‘Summertyme’ Jones. A Liverpool legend, Jones was originally the bass player and singer-songwriter for the Stairs and has since formed and fronted the Isrites, The Big Kids, Edgar Jones & the Joneses and Free Peace. He has also played as a session musician for several artists including Ian McCulloch, Paul Weller, Saint Etienne and Ocean Colour Scene.
