The offices range from 87sq ft – 268sq and are available to rent from £39 per week.

Nestled within our beautiful Victorian building, the spaces are flooded with light and on the

doorstep of fantastic Wigan town centre amenities (including our own cafe The Fork & Brush Arts Cafe and bar, Bailiff Bar).

Whilst you’ll have your own private and secure office, you’ll be working in a hub amongst other creative businesses.
