As part of the Streets Apart project, The Old Courts is looking to collaborate with an artist interested in co-creating work on Wigan’s famous King St.

We are searching for a Lead Artist or Company who will work with communities in Wigan, over the course of a year, to co-create a new artwork.

Working between March 2023 and February 2024, we are looking for ideas that will include a moment of outdoor celebration and performance, as part of a community-led street festival on King Street between 7 – 9 July 2023.
