The Old Courts: Heritage Consultation

The Old Courts is becoming a registered charity and an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation.

At this critical moment of change, we want to evaluate where we are, and plan for the next 3 – 5 years, including the development of a new business plan and supporting framework. Before we develop a new business plan, we want to consult with people who are also invested in Wigan’s heritage, and passionate about securing its future. We want to ask you some questions about what The Old Courts’ heritage offer could and should look like. We want to get your feedback on our ideas, and begin the process of creating a plan that animates and interprets Wigan’s heritage for our communities.

This process began with a consultation event at The Old Courts on Thursday 26 January 2023, and will continue throughout 2023. For those who couldn’t attend the event, here is an opportunity to leave your feedback.
