Gerard Starkie is a musician, songwriter and former lead singer of the alternative rock band Witness, which formed in Wigan in 1997 and released two critically acclaimed albums on Island Records.
Following the band’s split in 2004, Starkie embarked on a solo career, releasing a series of albums that further showcased his distinctive songwriting and voice.
Gerard joins us to talk about his career in music and to share thoughts for grassroots artists forging their own path
