Becoming Boundaried – during this session we will cover learning new boundary skills for both time and emotions as both are crucial as part of the long term sustainability of the a project particularly when working with those with complex needs.

Session 2 – Community Room
Introduction to Project Development – during this session we will cover development frameworks and infrastructure that fits your social business.

Session 3 – Holding Cell
Introduction to Project Management – during this session we will cover Roles, Responsibility and structure of the social business.

Dates: 5th, 12th and 19th March

Each session:
9:30am – arrive for refreshments
10:00am – programme begins
2:30pm – programme ends
